Responsibilities:
* Manages, analyzes, diagnose and supports the network system including hardware or operating problems, configurations, security settings/privileges, remote access and user/group accounts;
* Maintains network infrastructure documentation and network configuration diagrams;
* Maintains DNS records, corporate e-mail and firewall systems to ensure proper access and security for both inbound and outbound;
* Implements security protocol for the network, including remote access, ensuring proper settings and privileges are in compliance with IT Security Policies and Procedures;
* Provides second level technical support to the IT Support Desk.

 

Ideal candidate MUST have CCNA or MCSE certification.

No work experience required

Salary range: 30,000$ to 45,000$
